Son Parera, Stylish Rural House in Mallorca.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Wunderschönes Stadthaus, komplett renoviert, in Petra. Die 320m2 verteilen sich auf 3 Schlafzimmer, 3,5 Bäde und ein Gästezimmer. Im 1. OG ist der Wohnbereich. Auf 160m2 ist die Küche und die Lounge. Balkon mit Möglichkeit zu grillen am grossen Esstisch mit 8 Personen und einer gemütlichen Sofaecke. Im Anschluss an die überdachte Terrasse im EG, die von allen Schlafzimmern zu betreten ist befindet sich der Pool und die Sonnenterrassen mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen und einer Aussendusche.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Lugar paradisíaco, muy tranquilo, aunque muy bien comunicado, a 20' de las playas más bonitas de la isla, y a 25´del aeropuerto. Sin contaminación lumínica, ideal para observar las estrellas en una noche clara. Rodeado de árboles y bosques, se escuchan infinidad de pájaros y otros animales. El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Nur für Erwachsene!! Tolles, freundliches, Appartement für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
