Only 5 minutes away is the nearest place Šentilj where there are shops, restaurants, playground, electric car charging point, post office and health center. It is a 20-minute drive to the city of Maribor.

Feel-good house with large garden

New brick house, wooden facade, inside clay plaster, wood. Large living room with kitchen, dining and lounge area (sofa) with fireplace. Wooden floors, chic bathrooms. Spacious movement space with generous views to the south and southwest. Outside: (wood stove)sauna, bath with bath oven, farmer's garden for berry, tea and spice herbs. Plenty of space and lots of peace (hardly any light pollution) and just a stone's throw from the South Styrian wine route. This little oasis allows for regeneration and relaxation.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
