My lovingly furnished beautiful accommodation in a well-kept quiet location in a beautiful Bavarian town south of Munich. Very good transport connection. Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family friendly, pets 10€ per day. Proximity to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shopping facilities, Friday weekly market regional offers. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. You will love my beautiful place the location, green surroundings, nice quiet atmosphere.

The house with about 110 m² has a bedroom on the ground floor, a living-dining room, a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/shower. The apartment is newly renovated. Neighborhood: Quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 8-min walk or 1-min bus. 15-min drive to Marienplatz.

A winter landscape displays vast snow-covered mountains under a clear blue sky. Tall evergreen trees are blanketed in snow, and a valley of clouds drapes over the distant peaks. A ski lift can be seen descending towards the slopes, which are lined with a few rustic cabins.

Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

The town center is within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. By tram line 25 from Derbolfinger Platz, you can reach the center of Munich in half an hour. Alternatively, you can also use the nearby S-Bahn station Furth (5 minutes by car).
