Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. This lodge has a double bed and a comfortable single sofa bed. We are nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside just between the city of Castelo Branco & Fundao. This beautiful yurt is situated right on the edge of our land. In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. This small granite house is the result of merging the original farmhouse with an old wine cellar. Consisting of a spacious room, with fire-stove, kitchenette and 2 single beds, a large double bedroom with a baby cot, with an overhead mezzanine, with 1 double bed, and one full toilet, plus an outside toilet, "Casa do Lagar" comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 4 to 2 teenagers/children. 1 extra travel cot can be added for a baby.
