Genießt den Komfort einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und entspannt euch im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Holzkaminofen. Das Häuschen liegt nur wenige Schritte von einem großen Spielplatz mit Alpenblick, einem Lebensmittelgeschäft, einer Bäckerei und einem Wirthaus entfernt.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Two bicycles and free parking are at your disposal – ideal for exploring Bavaria on your own and enjoying absolute peace and quiet at the same time.

Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite the compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area that allows a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the generous window areas.

Old town apartment - super cozy

I'll make room for you to immerse yourself in Landsberg's old town life. In my apartment on the 3rd floor, you can use the kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room and my bedroom as an ideal starting point for the city. The center of town is 5 minutes walk. In front of the house, a small terrace offers space for breakfast / snacks. Centrally located, wonderfully quiet, beautiful and authentic!
