Das Leben in der Natur kann kaum schöner sein. Seit 2020 Neu und fast fertig kann man schön abschalten und die Natur genießen - die ist hier recht aktiv. Ob durch die Wiese schlendern, auf den Palettenmöbel draußen sitzen oder die Seele baumeln lassen. Nichtraucherhaus JACUZZI von Nov. - März nicht nutzbar ! Definitiv !

Gemütliche und helle Ferienwohnung, in Bubach an der Naab, mit schönem Garten inkl. Grillplatz und einer Außendusche mit Warmwasser. In der Nähe sind viele Wassersportarten wie z.B. Tauchen, SUP, Windsurfen, Wakeboarden möglich oder einfach nur Baden, Wandern und Radfahren. Die Nähe zur Naab macht es auch für Angler sehr attraktiv. Ein Landgasthof mit schönem Biergarten befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Die gute Lage lädt auch ein, Regensburg und den Künstlerort Kallmünz zu besuchen.

Liebe Durchreisende, in meiner Unterkunft können bis zu 7 bis 8 Leute nächtigen. Die angebotene Wohnung hat in ihrem Erdgeschoss eine Küche mit sämtlichen Geschirr, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, eine Sitzgruppe mit Fernseher, Betten und einen kleinen Esszimmerbereich. Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

The entrance to the historic building is framed by lush greenery and blooming roses. A pathway leads through an arched wooden gate towards the inviting front door, hinting at the home's charm. A cat can be seen wandering along the path.

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
