The house stays cool even in summer thanks to the thick walls. The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est highway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it's an ideal spot. Kick back and relax in thiscalm, stylish space.

Completely renovated in August 2025, the apartment is located in a residence that offers a large swimming pool and a tennis court, representing a perfect place for relaxation and leisure. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people if necessary. The area is completed by free private parking and a large outdoor barbecue area. We look forward to seeing you from September 2025!

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Discover this new and elegant apartment, an open space of kitchen and living room in perfect modern style. The sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. The wood and blue tones of the furnishings convey warmth and harmony, while the unique details enrich the environment: a wonderful terrace with solarium, dining area and barbecue is ideal for enjoying spectacular sunsets. Some antique furniture adds a charming touch of tradition.

Cascina Buffetto Miravalle. House with pool.

The house, equipped with a swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley. It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have exclusive access to the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is also my property and is closed during the guests' stay. I chose to have few guests to ensure more peace of mind for them and me.
