Cozy apartment in Schongau

Cozy approx. 45 square meter, independent apartment. The mountains, many lakes, the Lech and beautiful excursion destinations (fairy tale forest) are close by. Bathroom with toilet and shower, bedroom, living room, kitchen. High chair, children's travel bed, potty, baby bath are available on request. Toys for small and large children. We look forward to hosting you. Since we have 2 small children on our own, the little guests are also very welcome. For allergy sufferers: we have a dog

Enjoy a break in Casa Sitsch, a newly renovated apartment in a well-kept two-family home. A modern, cozy living space with a conservatory awaits you. The proximity to the forest invites you to take walks / bike rides right outside the front door. The boathouse on the Lech with bathing area and gastronomy is within easy reach. The Schongau old town within walking distance with its historic city wall completes the experience. Free parking directly on the premises. Fast Wi-Fi available.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

In the heart of Pfaffenwinkel

Just relax and unwind – in this quiet, stylish place. The house, built in 1898 and lovingly restored by us in 2023, is located quietly and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche are nearby. In the evening, you can end the day with a glass of wine by one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
