Villa Callista is a beautiful old two-story stone mansion of 131 sq.m. built 200 years ago on a hilltop in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It was the residence of the local Archon. It is the first fully independent building in a renovated complex of three residences, Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neradu house, and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated with the aim of keeping it as it was 200 years ago.

Two floor house that sleeps 2-6 people, only 2 minutes away from the village of Loggos. 3 bedrooms all with aircondition and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area both inside and outside. Independent, with private parking, large pool, BBQ area, broadband internet with high speeds and satellite TV on a 4K 50 inch screen with home cinema. The walk to the beach is a 5 minute stroll, as you can see from the pictures.
