Ski Jasná ,Tatralandia, Bešeňová, Demänová, all within 15 minutes, the village has 2x groceries, Pub and bar . Super accessibility. Center Liptovsky Mikulas - 10 minutes. It is a new building, the accommodation is comfortable, with a large bathroom The apartment is located on the ground floor. Only a place to stay, it doesn't have an outdoor seating.

Everything is on walking distance including the Billa supermarket and some fine restaurants or bars. Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

Studio is ideal for 2 people with private entrance. It is tiny but very cosy. It has small terrace at the entrance, own gazebo with charcoal barbecue, seating and dinning outdoor area. It is in a complex of another 2 apartments. You can reserve the time for Sauna and jacuzzi and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time indoors and outdoors. Please respect it. We do not allow any laud parties or celebrations.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area with a garden and park view, approx. 5 min. walk from the main station (train, bus, ski bus) and 5 min. to the city center. It is an ideal place for day trips and night city. You can park your car on the street next to the building. Towels and bed linen are included. Respect for neighbors is essential (no parties, smoking inside, noise, etc.). I do not provide a residence visa.
