Charming vacation home on Lake Millstatt

The Carinthian-style house is quietly located on a hill with a dream view over the lake (5 minutes away by car) and the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Our one-room apartment "Gmiadlich" is very well equipped. The apartment has a bed in the size 1.40 m, cozy for lovers and/or those who want more closeness again. It has a comfortable lounge chair with footrest, so put your feet up & enjoy the sunset over the Goldeck. Access to the balcony overlooking the lake & the mountains delights the heart every morning and every evening when you return home after a successful tour. PETS ONLY CONDITIONALLY. PLEASE ASK!

This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. 1 Beautiful vacation home in sunny Carinthia.

Our 85 m² vacation home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room on the second floor. Our vacation home was built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/satellite is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Internet access via Wi-Fi is a matter of course.

On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated.
