Attention: Currently we can only welcome vaccinated or recovered guests (2G) Our appartment offers one big, combined living- and bedroom (30 m² / 290 ft²), a kitchen and a bathroom. It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. Smart-TV and WLAN connection is available in the room. It is located in the basement (souterrain) with windows to the backyard. TV with Internet and WLAN available. Approx. 20 minutes to the city center by city train.

Ein Tiny house im münchener Westen. Wir vermieten ein ca. 14m² großes Gartenhaus in unserm Garten. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Bad mit WC und Dusche, in der Küche gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und Herdplatte. Schlafen kann man auf einem Schlafsofa ca. 1.60m breit. Ein Stück des gemeinsamen Gartens kann mit genutzt werde. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 50m entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in ca 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt bzw. in 20 Minuten am Starnberger See.

The property is located in the beautiful district of Obermenzing-Pasing and is perfectly connected to the public transport network as well as the A8 highway and highways. Located directly at the Nymphenburg Palace Park, it also allows guests to spend relaxing leisure hours on foot. For shopping, the Pasing Arcades and the city center can be reached quickly by bus, tram or S-Bahn. Even at the Oktoberfest or in the Allianz Arena you are public or by car very fast.

The cozy apartment is centrally located in a quiet area. The metro station Laimer Platz (U5) can be reached quickly on foot, from there in 6 minutes the Theresienwiese, in 8 minutes the main train station, Odeonsplatz in 10 minutes. There is a double bed (140x200) in the bedroom and another sleeping option on the large sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is conveniently furnished with towels, soap, and toilet paper.

Beautiful cottage extensively renovated in 2022 in the best location of Gräfelfing. The detached cottage is located together with another detached house on a well-kept property. The premises are on two levels and are open plan. A private garden with terrace awaits you in summer surrounded by old trees. This cottage is ideal for couples or families with one child. Expats and business travelers will also find their feel-good oasis.

Cozy and lovingly furnished separate 1.5-room apartment in the basement of our house, where we live with our children (10 and 16) and three cats. The apartment is separate from us. We only share the entrance. In the living area, there is a double sofa bed (140 × 200) and a smart TV. Private kitchen, storage room, private bathroom with toilet. Wi-Fi and parking. Guests can use a small terrace. Bus at your doorstep.
