Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Comfortable and beautiful gite in Aunac

Friendly and vibrant village. Five minute walk to bar, boulangerie, butchers, grocery, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser and post office. Exclusive use of garden and summerhouse with barbecue. Bio cotton bedding. 4km from N10 giving easy access to Ruffec or Mansle with supermarkets bars restaurants, markets. Both 15mins drive. Verteuil sur Charente 10 mins drive bars restaurants and market and with its lovely Chateaux or Bayers with its smaller version. Lynda and Michael Gite Petite Chérie

Arrivée autonome. Je vous accueille dans un appartement entièrement indépendant dans résidence principale qui dispose de tout le confort nécessaires ainsi qu'un petit jardin privé. Boulangerie et restaurant bar/tabac à 1 min à pieds. Taponnat Fleurignac et une ville chaleureuse et accueillante. Le logement se situe à 5 min de la rochefoucauld et de ces nombreux lieux historique, commerces et restaurants. 20km d'Angoulême 1h de cognac. Bon séjour! :)
