The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Planned salmon. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, tv room, bathroom. Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Cabin close to nature with forest in the garden

Uninsulated cottage 30 km from Kalmar. You can relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. 1.5 km from Påryd where there is a shop, restaurant, outdoor swimming with pools and a large newly built playground. 1.8 km away is Ugglebosjön. Fishing licenses can be purchased at Ica in Påryd. Several swimming areas in the nearby area. Since the cottage is uninsulated, there are: Sleeps 5, April-October Sleeps 3 in October-April. Sheets and shower towels are to be brought by the guest, but otherwise there are duvets, pillows and small towels.
