The apartment has a glazed patio with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is a playground for smaller guests in the courtyard. Close to the water park, tennis courts, restaurants, and light traffic.

Closest bus stop is 5 minute walk (Side / Kanali). There are 2 grocery stores nearby one is Turu Rimi 500 m away and closest is A1000 store which is 300 m.

This small one-room apartment with open kitchen is ideal choice for two people. It is located in the best place in Pärnu. City centre with its cafes and bars is just here, and sandy beach is a 15-minute walk through nice holiday area. Bus station is 10 minutes walk. A lovely park just behind the building! In the apartment there is well-equipped minikitchen, sofa bed (140 cm), Wi-Fi and desk for working. NB! Bathroom is very tiny and might be uncomfortable to use for bigger people.
