Stylish Apt in the Heart of the City

Come and enjoy a local barcelona experience in our central apartment, we guarantee you a memorable stay in this wonderful Mediterranean city! We love making people feel at home. We will be there for you at any time of the stay, think us as your holiday concierge, on-call if you need a restaurant recommendation or to leave your bags for a few hours because your flight arrives or lives at weir time. We've got you cover! :) We are right in the heart of the chic L'Exaple distric, whose beautifully planned architecture is world famous. Just outside the old city, Dreta de L'Example's leafy boulevards are home to Gaudi stunners like Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). Hight-end shopping on the ritzy Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away, with Plaza Catalunya and the famous Ramblas located less than 15 minutes walk from our building. The apartment is in a prime central location, where you can walk to most of the important points of Barcelona. Sagrada familia 15 minutes walk, as well as plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and the old town distric. Passeig de Gracia famous avenue is just 5 minutes walk. The nearest metro stations, just 2 block away, are the L-4 Yellow Line, Girona stop, and the L-5 Blue Line, Verdaguer stop. The L-4 will take you to the beach, 3 stops away, while the L-5 will get you to Sants, the main Rail Station, 4 stops away. From the airport, a taxi will take 40 minutes and cost around 40€, or you can take the Airport Shuttle Bus ( 30/35 minutes and 5,50€) to Plaza Catalunya, which is a short-15 minute walk from our building. -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs. Late check out has an additional cost. -Pets are not allowed, non smoking apartment. -No parties are allowed and please do not make unnecessary noise. -We ask our customers to blend in and behave normally and especially feel at home. -Licencia HUTB-009702

The apartment has been decorated respecting XIXth century urban architecture: high ceilings and restored typical tile floors. The apartment is 2690 square feet divided in sleeping quarters, living and dining room and kitchen. The rooms are four suites, each with their bathroom, and two queen size with external bathroom. In all, six independent rooms equipped with queen size beds (premium viscoelastic mattresses, 100% cotton bedding, geese feather comforters and 4 pillows for each bed: two made out of viscoelastic and two of geese feather). In case you would like to Book the flat for more than 12 people you have at your disposal two extra individual beds (depending on the number of guests). Living room and bedrooms equipped with state of the art satellite TV. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and optic fiber, high speed, wireless internet connection. Loft apartment in Sagrada Familia

This is a legal tourist flat with license number. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

ROOFTOP STUDIO

A perfectly located rooftop with a large terrace on the 5th floor, the only apartment on that floor (no lift) in the heart of Barcelona and more precisely in Gracia. Gracia was a small town which was absorbed to Barcelona in 1897 and managed to preserve its pedestrian streets and traditions. The area is full of restaurants and bars. A metro station is just below the apartment which serves the Green line with only 3 stops to town centre or a 20 minutes walk from the apartment via Pg De Gracia.
