When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Byt 1+1

Apartment 1+1 consists of an entrance hall with a shoe rack and a coat rack, from which you can enter the bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, a washing machine, and a dryer. Separate toilet. Another room that can be entered is equipped with a wardrobe, a dining table, a sofa bed and a work desk. From this room, as well as from the connecting corridor, it is possible to enter the kitchen, which is equipped with a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, ample storage space, including utensils, a microwave oven, and a table.

Grandma's realm

Relax and enjoy unique atmosphere in a cosy flat, located near park and within walking distance of historical center. We offer private parking and garden with seating. Being adults we forget how unworried and happy we felt with our grandparents. We are looking forward to welcome you in a place, where traditional living meets the current required comfort. We believe to provide you with all you need, including calming view, friendly attitude and home made cakes. Late check in/out is possible.

I offer accommodation in a 1+kk (1st floor) in a quiet location of the Pardubice housing estate Polabiny. The apartment is fully equipped. Kitchen including basic equipment, microwave, fridge, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, stove, coffee, tea, water, shower, towels, toilet, TV, WiFi. The apartment includes a large loggia for pleasant relaxation. Possibility of sitting in warm days. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking at the house. 🏡 Our container house is built from eco-friendly materials, powered by renewable energy from solar panels 🍃☀️ and water is drawn from a deep well, which can sometimes cause an unpleasant but harmless odor. That's why you have bottled water available for free💧. Our container house has a shower, toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, double bed with the possibility of an extra bed (extra bed to some extent complicates movement inside when unfolding, so we recommend a stay for two people).

Our caravan, where we once, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable scent that sways slightly in the wind as if on a boat. Parked in a pen with sheep and bees. If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than grains of sand in all the seas of the world, and soak your feet in the dew in the morning, you will fall in love with it.
