House with private garden of about 80 m2 located in the center of fornacette, close to all amenities (within walking distance): bus stop, supermarket, post office, tobacco, bars and restaurants. At 20 meters there is a large parking lot for cars and motorcycles. The house has 2 TVs one in the living area and the other in the bedroom. In the storage room there is a washing machine; the bathroom is equipped with shower, hair dryer. Ideal for a couple who want to spend a few days in Tuscany. Pets not allowed.
