Our 'Garden Retreat' is a tranquil, elegantly furnished cottage overlooking a sunken garden. The accommodation has a bedroom (queen-sized bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sleeper-sofa, and a small office mezzanine. The garden is large with multiple places to sit and enjoy the shade or the sun. The Loire River itself is only 150 yards from the flat. Large individuals take note: the shower is a standard 67cm x 67cm. Although we love pets; but we have a one pet only policy.

Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

A spacious dining area features a long wooden table surrounded by mixed seating options, including elegant chairs. A classic chandelier hangs above the table, while a cozy fireplace adds warmth to the room. Large windows provide natural light and views of the garden.

Maison d'Anjou is a family house of the XVIIIth and XIXth century totally renovated. It is a haven of peace, located in the heart of Anjou and in the authentic village of Trèves. It is dominated by a 15th century in "pierre de tuffeau" tower. You will appreciate this house for its peaceful energy, its decoration, its garden, its swimming pool in season, its luminosity, its comfortable beds and a magnificent kitchen. A renovated attic with its own private garden

Le Grenier des Guissinnières is the former granary of a large farmhouse. Converted into a cottage that combines traditional and contemporary, it is accessed by an independent external staircase that passes above an old bread oven. This cottage has its private garden which leads to a shared pool with "la Vieille Maison" the other cottage on the property (ground floor of the building). The swimming pool is available June to September. Cottage equipped with Velux with blackout blind.
