Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

The house is around 110 m2 with private terrace 60 m2. Garden is shared with another house (rented all year long to friends). It is not closed because I am finishing the building. At your disposal you have wood and all the amenities you can need, parking at 30m, buble bath, Internet, sound bose, Canal+, canalsat, very well furnished kitchen. The house is plenty of light all day long, very confortable and warm.
