Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιστορικού κέντρου της Παργας. Συγκεκριμένα, στην πλάγια του λόφου κάτω από το κάστρο. Αυτό κάνει τα πάντα γύρω να είναι προσβάσιμα σε λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια. Έχει θέα στο κάστρο και στη θάλασσα. Μην διστάσετε να μας ρωτήσετε οτιδήποτε. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
