My house, located in Son Espanyolet, is a 20-minute walk from the picturesque neighborhood of Santa Catalina, 20 minutes from downtown, and 25 minutes from the cathedral. Right below my apartment there is a bus stop that goes directly to the center. In addition, the neighborhood has all the amenities: supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, etc... Views of Bellver Castle on the mountain to the sea and a part of the harbor. The room has Climalit window

Casa Limona is ideally located, just 5 minutes' walk from the square with all the restaurants and shopping streets with many beautiful shops of all kinds. It is very quiet and peaceful in nature, although it is so close to the city square. The house is typically Mallorcan and has been renovated to provide the best comfort. It is furnished with designer furniture and artwork. The house has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
