The house of almost 170 m2, with heating and air conditioning, is right in the center of the village. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close. You will feel like another local. The beach is 10 minutes by car and the Natural Park of s'Albufera is 4 km away. If you are looking for tranquility and a local atmosphere, Sa Pobla is one of the most authentic towns. And the local gastronomy, one of the best in Mallorca. With the train, bus and taxi you can move around the whole island. Welcome!

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
