Die liebliche Sonnreith - Hütte befindet sich im Gebirgsdorf Spital/Pyhrn am Sonnenhang mit einigen Nachbarhäusern. Sie ist neu eingerichtet und hat eine Wohnfläche von 34m2 - viele liebevolle Details wurden in Handarbeit gefertigt - sehr gemütlich. Ein Kaminofen und die Infrarotheizung sorgen für angenehme Wärme, im Vorraum und Bad befindet sich eine Fußbodenheizung. Die Hütte befindet sich in ruhiger, schöner Aussichtslage. Wanderwege und die Mountainbike-Strecke sind in der Nähe(1oo Meter)

Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 6:30am and 4pm on weekdays while the river bank is not accessible.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, über Waschtrockner, Geschirrspüler, Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab, Sauna..Steyrling liegt in einem ruhigen Tal und ist von Bergen umgeben. Zum Stausee 5 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei. Im Sommer, bei Niedrigwasser gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und Möglichkeiten sich zu erfrischen+ Wasserfall. Gasthaus und Dorfladen 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Hütte verfügt über eine Sonnenterasse und einer Aufguss-Sauna. Der im Wohnraum befindliche Schwedenofen sorgt wohlende Wärme. Am praebichl gibt es zahlreiche wandermöglichkeiten klettersteige, kletterpark und sanften Tourismus. Für Informationen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung wurde liebevoll mit Souvenirs aus unserer siebenjährigen Weltreise gestaltet. Viele der Details haben eine Geschichte, die wir gerne auf Wunsch an Interessierte weitergeben. Die Wohnung bietet die Möglichkeit für Urlaub, Entspannung und kreative Arbeit. Weiters bieten wir auf Wunsch "Impulse für die Partnerschaft" an.

Das ist ein atemberaubender Platz für Menschen die mal wirklich Ruhe und Natur wollen, weit weg von allem anderen. Wiese, Wald, Frischluft und Berge. Hier gibt es Rehe, Hühner, Katzen und Bienen. Das Appartment ist auf einem Bauernhof, alleine mitten auf einer großen Lichtung, den ich als Biohof mit Permakultur aufbaue. Es besteht aus einem riesigen Raum mit Holzboden, neuem Holzofen und Aussicht auf die Berge, sowie einem Badezimmer, und einer Küche.

There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available.
