안녕하세요. 평촌역 바로 앞, 교통이 굉장히 편리한 집입니다. 평촌역 이마트, 아르떼채플컨벤션 웨딩홀 바로 앞이고 평촌역 로데오 거리에서 도보로 2~3분 거리에 있으며, 집이 고층에 위치하고 남향이라 햇빛이 잘들고 전망 역시 굉장히 좋습니다. 22평형이고, 침실과 거실이 구분되어 생활하시기 편리합니다. 또한 추가 이부자리를 이용해 6분까지는 넉넉하게 주무실 수 있습니다. 건물에 편의점이 있고, 건물 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있으며, 주차장 사용이 가능하십니다. 가까운 거리에 이마트와 농협 하나로 마트가 있어서 식료품을 사기에도 굉장히 적합한 집입니다. 기본적으로 퀸사이즈 침대가 준비되어 있고, 추가 인원 예약시에는 접이식 메트리스와 이불 세트를 제공해드립니다. 문의 사항있으시면 언제든지 메시지 주세요^^ 상업적 촬영, 쇼핑몰 촬영 등 촬영은 예약전 알려주세요.
