Our open-plan, 45 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and your own, very private terrace. High-quality amenities with designer furniture, a LEICHT kitchen with Miele appliances and natural materials, such as oiled oak flooring, larch wood windows, a bathroom made of solid Jura and underfloor heating convey a good sense of space from the moment you enter. Beach/tennis (15 minutes), a golf club (12 min.), S-Bahn station (3 min.) and a restaurant (2 min.) are within walking distance.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.
