Casa móvil de 28 m2, piscina privada y terraza. Salón-cocina con 4 fuegos y frigorífico. WC separado de lavabo y ducha, 1 dormitorio y 1 cuarto adicional. Estamos en el campo; a unos 500 m hay farmacia, autoservicio y bares/ventas. A 15 km de la playa y unos 7 km al centro de Chiclana de la Frontera. La casa se encuentra en el mismo terreno donde vivimos nosotros; entre las casas hay una distancia de unos 40 m y estamos separados por una cancela. Nos gustan los animales y tenemos perros y gatos.

Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Notre Loft récent est situé à l'étage de notre maison typique Andalouse. Les plus belles plages et le centre de la vieille ville de Chiclana sont à 10 minutes, Cadix et Jerez sont à 30 minutes. Notre quartier est situé dans un milieu dit "Rustique", la vrai vie Andalouse, loin du tourisme de masse. parking sécurisé. Appartement privatif, accès libre par l’extérieur, avec deux grandes terrasses. La piscine sera en travaux pour le mois d’octobre Nous avons un Chien et un chat , très cool.
