Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. The light pours into the spacious living room from dawn, as it faces the rising sun. Natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The residential development is located on the outskirts of town and has an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 minutes to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada. 10 minutes to Nevada Shopping Center and PTS.

Cozy townhouse in a quiet rural setting of Granada. Located in a beautiful valley at the foot of Sierra Nevada, 25 minutes from Granada, 25 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. Encantadora casita a las faldas del Parque Natural decorada con mucho mimo en una zona muy privada con estupendas vistas. Disfruta sus diferentes porches, su jacuzzi exterior de donde disfrutar sus maravillosas vistas y sus noches estrelladas, su cocina exterior con barbacoa. Y si es amante del senderismo podrá hacer desde allí la famosa Ruta del Saltillo. At 10-minutes drive from the beach you can enjoy your holiday here in a relaxed environment. At the private swimming pool (9 x 4 m.) for example, or in one of both green gardens. The house is stylishly furnished and can accommodate 8 people (max. 4 adults). Ideal house for those who love beautiful sunsets, a large outdoor space and peace and quietness.
