The room is located on the 2nd floor of the house with splendid views of the port of Sanxenxo, Portonovo, and the Atlantic Islands. Nice apartment in the heart of Sanxenxo, on the same street as the new temple. A 2-minute walk from Panadeira beach and 5 from the famous Silgar beach, it is nevertheless a very quiet apartment. Close to a supermarket, a market square, a pharmacy and all kinds of services, as well as restaurants and a bar area. IMPORTANT: to search for the location on GPS, enter Rùa do Progreso 21 Sanxenxo. To get to the fourth floor you have to climb 14 steps. Free parking is available in the building or 200 meters away (subject to availability). It is located within the urban area of Portonovo. Within a 50m radius there is a supermarket, bakery, cafes and Caneliñas beach 140m away

The apartment is 30 m2 and in an excellent location just a few meters from SILGAR, the supermarket and other services. Everything on foot. AIR CONDITIONING is available, GARAGE PLAZA, sofa bed, WIFI, elevator (it is necessary to climb the top floor on foot).
