It is a very comfortable and spacious space, it is on the Malecón de la Pampa Inalámbrica, which gives you a unique view of the port and the entire city of Ilo. The building is new, no more than five years old and has a common area on the 5th floor where you can enjoy the breeze, sun and panoramic view of the harbor.
