The condominium, on the other hand, is ideal for vacations, with a large swimming pool, a full deck with a barbecue grill, sauna, game room, beach access, and a court for foot volleyball.

Beautifully decorated two-story house with four suites, all with air conditioning and a balcony with ocean views in the master suite, a large living room, a ground-floor balcony, a kitchen with a pass-through (connecting the kitchen and the deco and between the kitchen and the dining room, allowing utensils to be passed between the three spaces), a swimming pool, a garden, a deck with a barbecue grill, and his-and-hers bathrooms. 360m2 of built area on a 2,000m2 lot, located 150m from the beach.
