Beautifully appointed 2-bed apartment with gorgeous views down the river Yeo. Close to 24hr amenities and countryside walks. A mill has stood at this point on the river since doomsday, +1000 years. The apartment compromises the old mill with its thick walls and small windows with a modern addition which is a bright living space with a a private patio overlooking the river below. The apartment is a tranquil place with the gentle white noise of the river flowing down the old mill water race.

A converted stable on a peaceful farm surrounded by acres of countryside but within striking distance of Sherborne and good National Trust gardens. The Tallet is opposite the old farmhouse and next to a magnificent Somerset cider barn. The private terrace has a covered eating area and open lounging space enclosed by walls and clipped box hedging. The underfloor heating and electric log burner add warmth to the sitting room and the spacious open plan kitchen makes for a sociable space.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

A unique grade II listed thatched former gatehouse in the picturesque village of Nether Compton a few miles from Sherborne in Dorset. The original round lodge dates back to the early 1800’s and is referenced at the V&A museum. It stands surrounded by woodland, lakes and fields and has a natural spring. A treat for walkers. A real get away from it all within 2 hours from London. Tastefully refurbished, sleeps 6 comfortably plus extra bed for 7th person and travel cot for baby if needed.
