This house is located in an old abandoned village near the river with a beautiful little beach. If you enjoy being in contact with nature, this is the ideal place; you can find otters, many varieties of birds, etc. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. The apartment is central and has easy access to the city center (~5min walking). The building has private garden where is possible to park the car and/or do a barbecue. The apartment has one balcony to the front of the building and another one to the back. It also has AC in all main areas - bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishes washing machine, wash and drier clothes machine, fridge, microwaves, coffee machine, etc.
