It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. It has all you need for a wonderful stay: peace & quiet, beautiful views over the countryside, luxury and comfort. Just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam + free parking space!

Welkom bij ons romantische huisje in het pittoreske dorpje Ouderkerk. Het ligt slechts twintig minuten fietsen van Amsterdam (2 elektrische fietsen beschikbaar, uber is het 15 minuten) Deze gezellige retraite (80m2) biedt comfort in een rustige omgeving. Het huis biedt een ruime woonkamer, ingerichte keuken en een kingsize bed. Er zijn leuke restaurants op loopafstand, zowel culinaire als toegankelijke. Ontsnap de drukte van de stad, zoek het binnen 20 minuten op als je daar zin in hebt!

A'dam Good Story! On the 2nd and 3rd floor of my home I created an affordable place to stay. Comfortable and clean for friends & families. What you see is what you get. I live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and perfect for like minded people. The metro to the city runs until around 00:15, not ideal for nightcrawlers. “Kruithuis aan de Amstel” ligt vlakbij Amsterdam, een sfeervol, authentiek pand. Zeer geschikt voor families en zakelijke reizigers. Gratis parkeren, op 15 minuten rijden vanaf vliegveld Schiphol. Conferentiecentrum RAI en de Ziggo Dome om de hoek. Het Kruithuis is gelegen in een historisch pand dat in 1918 werd gebouwd voor de opslag van munitie. Geniet van de natuur, de rust en de rivier de Amstel. Op slechts 15 min rijden/20 min fietsen van bruisend Amsterdam.

A train station nearby allows access beyond Amsterdam. Free parking, wifi, cable, tea & coffee. Suite is deep cleaned & disinfected after every stay.

Brand new studio with balcony in a quite and residential area. Amsterdam inner city is reachable within 10 minutes by metro or 15-20 minutes by bike. There is a shopping center with supermarket on a 5 min walking distance. The place contains a queen sized bed, private bathroom and toilet, free coffee and tea and a balcony. Ideal for a couple, friends or family wanting to explore busy Amsterdam but come back to a nice and quite area.

Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
