Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Comfortable accomodation (2p) in green area

In our annex we have a 2-person and a 3-person accomodation. It has its own living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Both accomodations have acces to their own terrace and to our garden. Our garden is located in the green surroundings of the Maxima Park. The bustling cosiness of Utrecht can be reached in 10 minutes. Although our accommodation is still called 'Bed and Breakfast', the accomodations are self-catered and breakfast is not included in the service.

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Logeren in het voormalige achttiende-eeuwse zomerhuis van de Bouwerij op landgoed Ridderhofstad Gunterstein aan de Vecht in Breukelen. Het zomerhuisje staat op het erf van een kleinschalig biologisch melkveebedrijf, een boerderij met 70 hectare land grenzend aan de Loosdrechtse plassen, waar onze koeien, veelal oer-Hollandse blaarkoppen, grazen in een eeuwenoud parkachtig cultuurlandschap.
