Here you will live in rural surroundings with stunning views of Mjøsa, only 2.5 km from Hamar city center. The single-family home was completed in 2023 and is perceived as exclusive and spacious, consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and two TV rooms. The whole house is equipped with Sonos systems. In addition to the roof terrace, there is a 30 sqm balcony with seating area + dining area in the immediate vicinity of the kitchen.

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a short distance to nice hiking areas both in summer and winter, and only a short drive down to Mjøsa. The house has recently been carefully restored: original materials have been preserved, old craft traditions continued, and all with respect for the history of the place. Here you can experience life as it was – without sacrificing warmth, hygiene or convenience. Hanshagan is beautifully situated in Stange Vestbygd and offers views of fields, forests and Mjøsa.

The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling grain field – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside there is a bedroom and an open living room. Outside there is a kitchen counter, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach with swimming opportunities and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.
