Bright and spacious, the apartment opens onto a large wooden balcony with panoramic views of the Alps and, on clear days, all the way to the Zugspitze. A wonderful setting to start the day overlooking the mountains or simply enjoy the peace of the Bavarian countryside. The apartment features a generous living room with a comfortable lounge area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a bar, and three inviting bedrooms — two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and WC, an additional separate WC, and a washer-dryer. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Everything you need is within walking distance in Münsing, including a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and several excellent restaurants. Just a few minutes away, Lake Starnberg is perfect for lakeside walks, cycling and water activities. The nearby Alps offer countless opportunities for hiking, day trips and, in winter, days in the mountains. The location offers the best of both worlds: the peace and charm of a Bavarian village surrounded by nature, while Munich can be reached by car in approximately 35 minutes. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Located in a quiet, central environment, a stylish apartment with high quality interiors awaits you. The walking distance to gastronomy, shopping and leisure activities ensure comfortable stay. Optimal transport connections allow quick accessibility from Munich (S-Bahn train), Pre-Alpine region and A8. A TG parking space completes the offer.

Stay in a historically renovated farmhouse

We rent out our lovingly renovated farmhouse from 1760 to small and large families as well as groups. The historic farmhouse has been completely renovated and is listed as a monument. There are 5 bedrooms for 16 guests in the farmhouse. You can stay with a maximum of 18 people (plus extra beds). If you are more than 18 guests, you are welcome to book the Heustadl as well. The apartment is located in a historic farm and has a very individual charm.

The rural apartment was newly built in 2024 and is located in a quiet, idyllic location between Munich and the mountains on an organic farm with dairy farm. The apartment is climate-neutral and has been furnished with a lot of love and high-quality furniture in a rural style and is located on a farm. The hot tub with mountain views and the sun terrace invite you to relax. The hot tub can be used all year round, shared with our second apartment.

Welcome to our modern maisonette flat! The house was built in 2023 and we have furnished the flat with great attention to detail in a cosy and functional way. The beautiful garden flat offers space for 6 people. Your parking space is right in front. On the ground floor you will find a modern eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom for two people. Two further cosy bedrooms for two people each are located in the basement.

Brand new: you can use our sauna! Are you two looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay? Close to the mountains, lakes or just to relax and start the day in the countryside? Then our lovingly called "BrumBrum" is just the right place for you. You can enjoy our little paradise both in summer and winter. We are also happy to welcome young families. There is also room for three on the large bed.

Comfortable for four people, with the single beds maximum six people. You will be a guest in my private accommodation, so there are personal items in it and the accommodation is well equipped, please treat it with respect and leave it clean.
