Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain view and green meadows. The apartment is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

The accommodation impresses with an excellent location between Munich and the Alps, in the heart of Holzkirchen. Located in a quiet, central environment, a stylish apartment with high quality interiors awaits you. The walking distance to gastronomy, shopping and leisure activities ensure comfortable stay. Optimal transport connections allow quick accessibility from Munich (S-Bahn train), Pre-Alpine region and A8. A TG parking space completes the offer.

Stay in a historically renovated farmhouse

We rent out our lovingly renovated farmhouse from 1760 to small and large families as well as groups. The historic farmhouse has been completely renovated and is listed as a monument. There are 5 bedrooms for 16 guests in the farmhouse. You can stay with a maximum of 18 people (plus extra beds). If you are more than 18 guests, you are welcome to book the Heustadl as well. The apartment is located in a historic farm and has a very individual charm.

Vacation rental "Karwendelblick" with hot tub

The rural apartment was newly built in 2024 and is located in a quiet, idyllic location between Munich and the mountains on an organic farm with dairy farm. The apartment is climate-neutral and has been furnished with a lot of love and high-quality furniture in a rural style and is located on a farm. The hot tub with mountain views and the sun terrace invite you to relax. The hot tub can be used all year round, shared with our second apartment.

Brand new: you can use our sauna! Are you two looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay? Close to the mountains, lakes or just to relax and start the day in the countryside? Then our lovingly called "BrumBrum" is just the right place for you. You can enjoy our little paradise both in summer and winter. We are also happy to welcome young families. There is also room for three on the large bed.

The NBnB is located in the center of the Upper Bavarian Otterfing, in the Alpine region Tegernsee Schliersee. In and around Otterfing you will find restful nature as well as rural peace - yet the world city of Munich is only 30 minutes away. The nearby Bavarian Alps and numerous lakes in the surrounding area offer a wide range of attractive leisure activities for all types all year round!

The house is located directly at the S-Bahn station to Munich or via Holzkirchen into the mountains. 60 sqm living room., two bedrooms. Comfortable for four people, with the single beds maximum six people. You will be a guest in my private accommodation, so there are personal items in it and the accommodation is well equipped, please treat it with respect and leave it clean.
