Mountain cabin next to Rondane National Park

Simple and charming mountain cabin located at the tree line, 1000 meters above sea level. It is only one kilometer from the national park, and it is five kilometers to walk to the Peer Gynt cabin. The cabin has neither running water nor electricity, but it has solar power, which is generally sufficient for charging phones and using lamps. Water is fetched from the stream behind the cabin. There is an outdoor toilet in the outbuilding next to the cabin. The cabin is heated with firewood.

Short trip to Ranglarhø for a beautiful view, the waterfall Brudesløret, walk/bike/drive to Spranget and a long hike to Rondvassbu and/or hikes to the mountain peaks (over 2000 meters).
