In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. Very cozy attic with private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV, view over the rooftops (2nd floor) of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for relaxing/eating in the countryside. You will live together with me and my little dog in a semi-detached house, whereby the attic is lockable. There is no water connection in the kitchen, but there is a sink for dishes in the bathroom.
