Welcome to this well planned apartment, situated 1 minute walk from the Ljugarn beach and a 5 minute walk from the grocery store. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms; each with a 160 wide bed that can be separated into two 80 cm beds, a spacious living room with a sofa bed (140 cm). Adjacent to the living room you have your private terrace with a nice seating area and BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

Very quiet and untouched area for those who like wonderful nature experiences and to enjoy the tranquility that nature offers. There is proximity to cafés, restaurants and convenience stores within just a few kilometers. The accommodation has electricity, water connection and its own outdoor toilet and outdoor shower.

Built in 2012, this is a clean and comfortable accomodation with good standards, only a stone's throw from a wonderful sandy beach. We have fantastic treks for hiking in every direction just outside of the door. Fishing and swimming are popular, as is taking long walks with or without the camera and / or dog.
