The complex has a heated outdoor pool, washing machine and dryer. Perfect location in a quiet residential area: 6 blocks from downtown and 10 from the beach. Includes covered carport and door space for a 2nd car. Equipped with radiators for winter and full dinnerware. Total comfort near the sea and downtown!
