Patio and car parking. 25 minutes walking distance to downtown and urban train to downtown Stuttgart, Sindelfingen or Fairground/Airport Stuttgart. Weil der Stadt is an old city with city wall and lots of half timbered houses.

Bei Breuningerland gibt einfach alles und zwar alles sind beste von beste. In nur 100 Meter von Sonnenhaus liegt den Wald, wo kann man gut spazieren und laufen. Bis zu Stuttgart Zentrum ist nur 15 km. Bis Stuttgart Flughafen auch nur 15 km. (15 Minuten mit dem Auto) in der Nähe von Sonnenhaus gibt Thermalbad Böblingen (2,4 km)

Our apartement is located at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to the nature preserve with beautiful trails right by the house for jogging or an evening walk. Enjoy the peace and quiet after a busy day. From us are: 11 km nach Sindelfingen (Mercedes-Benz AG) 10 km nach Renningen (Robert Bosch GmbH) 36 km nach Stuttgart (Mercedes-Benz AG, Schleyerhalle, Porsche Arena) The S-Bahn connection in Weil der Stadt (6 km) can be reached by bus, in Magstadt (6 km) by car (free parking)

In Fußläufiger Entfernung befindet sich der Marktplatz/Hauptbahnhof (ca. 15-20 min.), die notwendigen Lebens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich über die Straße. Das Apartment wurde im Jahr 2020 neu eingerichtet.
