Herzlich Willkommen in Heidenheim. Ruhig in bester Wohnlage mit sehr guter Busanbindung befindet sich unsere schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung zzgl. eigenem Bad und Küche. WLAN und TV sind selbstverständlich. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort für Geschäftsreisende, Touristen oder Studenten. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine sowie Cerankochfeld und einer Grundausstattung an Küchenutensilien. Haustiere nicht erlaubt. Keine Partys. Längere Aufenthalte auf Anfrage.

Aus der Wohnung haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die drei Kaiserberge und die Natur direkt vor Ihrer Haustüre. Trotz der ruhigen Lage haben Sie eine sehr gute Anbindung zur B29 und sind nur 10 Min. zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Enjoy your stay in this centrally located, modern, newly built 1-room apartment in Aalen. The new kitchen is fully equipped incl. washer-dryer, coffee and tea. The cozy 140x200cm bed accommodates up to 2 people, luggage can be stored in the tall cupboard or under the bed. The dining table can easily also be used as a home office thanks to 300 MBit/s WiFi 6. The modern bathroom with floor-level shower and underfloor heating as well as the underground parking space round off the apartment.

Unser Häuschen steht am Ortsrand / Waldrand / Sackgasse. Gerne für 3 Personen (2 Erw.+ Kind). Die Gemeinde Abtsgmünd ist seit 2010 ein staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort, die klimatischen und lufthygienischen Anforderungen erfüllt. Viele Wander.-Fahrradtouren in Umgebung. Unsere Einliegerwohnung wurde 1/25 renoviert. Abtsgmünd liegt an der Bundesstraße 19 im Kochertal zwischen Aalen und Schwäbisch Hall. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe , Stellplätze vorm und neben dem Haus.

Auf 120qm Wohnfläche und einem großen, mediterran angelegten Garten mit Wiese, Bachlauf, Feuerstelle, Whirlpool und großer Terrasse können Sie sich mit Ihrer ganzen Familie entspannen. Genieße deinen Aufenthalt in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung befindet sich mit gesondertem Wohnungseingang in unserem modernen Wohnhaus in bester Lage. Die Innenstadt ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die B 29 nach Stuttgart sowie die B 19 nach OberkochenHeidenheim ganz in der Nähe. Der Werksbus zur Firma Zeiss liegt nur ca. 200 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, im Winter gibt die Fußbodenheizung wunderbar warm.
