蓮台寺駅から徒歩８分、伊豆急下田駅からバスで８分。温泉、地元野菜の直売所も近い静かな住宅街の中にある一軒家。山に囲まれた集落のなかで落ち着いたステイが出来ます。下田の市内へ車で５分、バスで８分。人気の海水浴場までは車でおよそ１０分。温泉は蓮台寺で人気の千人風呂まで徒歩10分の距離です。空き家をリノベーションした広々した平屋の一軒家でご家族やご友人とのんびりステイすることができます。ベッドルーム1部屋、広めのリビング、キッチンには大きな冷蔵庫、調理器具、調味料なども用意しているので自炊に便利です。自転車2台無料貸出可(ただしひとつはロードバイク、ひとつはクロスバイクなので慣れている方のみご利用ください) 忙しく観光するよりも観光地から少し離れてゆっくりと過ごしたい方に向いている物件です。バス停までも徒歩２分なので公共交通機関もご利用になれますが、都会に比べバスの本数は少なかったりします。いっその事時間を気にせず“何もしない贅沢を楽しむ”ことをオススメします。下田の自然、海は美しいです。日々の忙しさを忘れてゆったりとお過ごしください。

母屋に隣接した離れを、小さなゲストハウスにしました。少しだけ昭和の香りの、素朴な一組限定の宿です。お2人目からは、4500円です。お友達とでも、お一人でも、お気軽にご利用ください。☆敷地内に犬と猫がおり、動物が苦手な方は残念ですがご利用は難しいです。 ☆駐車場から、車が通れない細道を2分歩きます、坂や階段があります。(三段の階段が、二回あります) ☆裏が森なので、気をつけて掃除していますが、虫が苦手な方は残念ですがご宿泊は難しいと思います。 ☆宿から徒歩圏内に買い物ができるスーパーやコンビニがございません。お買い物を済ませてからのチェックインがお勧めです。少々不便ですが、静かな環境です。小さな別荘感覚でお気軽にご利用ください。 ☆バーベキュー用具の貸し出し、2000円です。夜10時までには片付けをしてお部屋にお入り下さい。 ※食材は料金に含まれません。
