畳のくつろぎスペースのあるアパートメントです。 地下鉄駅近く、便利な立地です。 この部屋は日本のレトロなデザインで建物が建築された当時の間取り、建具寸法のままです。日本の昔の建具サイズで背の高い方には狭く感じられるかもしれません。箪笥や戸棚は約１００年前ごろのものです。畳でくつろいでください。 なお、建物は市街地にあり、緊急時は警察、救急車、消防車のサイレン音や近隣の建築工事で騒音が発生する時があります。ご了解ください。 大阪地下鉄谷町9丁目駅徒歩２分｡ 難波・道頓堀に地下鉄で5分、黒門市場、日本橋電電タウンが徒歩圏｡大阪城､四天王寺も地下鉄ですぐ行けます｡ デパート､コンビニエンスストアやスーパーマーケット､飲食店等も近隣に豊富です｡ この部屋はホストが直接管理しているので､どうぞ 安心してご利用下さい｡ 子供料金、ベビー椅子は1000円（１滞在）ベッドは1000円(1泊毎）をいただきます。 建物にはエレベーターがあります。 昨今の電力料金の高騰により週間、長期割引等の予約については 電気メーターの検針で使用料をチェックアウト時に請求させていただきます。ご了承ください。

Welcome to Osaka! This apartment is located in my hometown which is very safe and convenient. The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka, so it's easy to access a lot of popular and famous places! It takes 5 - 6 min walk from the station to the apartment. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! Check In time : 3:00pm Check Out time : 10:00am A tiny room for one or two people! Stay here and enjoy Osaka trip!

際立った特徴はありませんが自分なりにデザインしました。 南海本線　関西空港駅から電車で約２０分、最寄り駅　井原里から歩いて約５分です。当方、駐車場はございません。お手数ですが、最寄り駅の井原里駅北側の有料駐車場をご利用ください。 *It's not that unique like other listings but I furnished the apartment by my own taste. Please try it and you like it. *It's about 20-minute ride from KIX airport and 5-minute walk from the nearest station to get to the apartment. *We have no parking space. Please park your car in the coin-parking located north part of Iharanosato station.
