Mysigt boende med sjöutsikt i naturskönt område . Huset är delvis nyrenoverat 2020. På nedre plan finns ett stort vardagsrum, kök, stort badrum samt en liten toalett. På övre plan finns två sovrum med 6 sovplatser. - Tillgång till bastu finns i ett intilliggande hus, inklusive dusch och toalett. I huset finns också en bäddsoffa som rymmer två gäster. - Badstrand i närheten. - Närmaste matvarubutik finns i Bygdsiljum, 8 km bort - Närhet till slalombacke, 8 km.

Mysig stuga byggd 2017 med fantastisk sjöutsikt, egen liten gård och parkering, lantligt belägen i byn Norra Bergfors, endast 200 m från sjön Varuträsket, 1 km från badplats och ca 15 km från Skellefteå. Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

Varmt välkomna till vårat hus! Vi hyr ut vår nedervåning som är likt en egen separat lägenhet. Du kommer ha egen ingång, ett pentry, toalett med bastu, gratis parkering med motorvärmare samt tillgång till tvättstuga. Boendet ligger 15 minuters promenad till centrum, några minuters promenad ifrån mataffärer och busshållsplats. Ligger i ett lugn bostadsområde, med närhet till natur, ishall och längdskidspår.

Välkommen att bo i en privat del i ena halvan av en nybyggd enplansvilla med egen entré. Huset ligger i ett barnvänligt villakvarter nära naturen, ca 10-15 minuter med bil från Skellefteå centrum. Jag & mina två söner bor i andra delen av villan. Närmsta busshållplats ca 800m. Mataffär, pizzeria, gym, utebad, apotek ca 2km
