Functional apartment, with 1 bedroom, in a residence, within a wooded park, located in a very quiet, green area near the racecourse, Petit Port, Val du Cens, and faculties. Direct access to the very center of Nantes, by bus (line 26) and tram. Free parking at the foot of the building. Ideal for a couple or a single person. Coffee and tea are available. One-night stays possible, upon request, by private message. Saturday/Sunday stays possible, on request, depending on the weekends and the period.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers.
