Beachfront home with lake views

You are welcome to share our summer paradise at Orust in beautiful Nösund which is located on the West Coast with the sea as the nearest neighbor. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house and is of 90m2 with lake view from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 3 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet as well as folded down bathtubs in the floor,(like 90 numbers). There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

A row of newly constructed red boathouses with sloped roofs is positioned along the water's edge. Each boathouse features expansive windows that overlook the water, inviting natural light into the interiors. A wooden deck extends from the structures, providing access to the water.

Hälleviksstrand - Cabin

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with your own dock, bathing ladder and boat spot for deep boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

Welcome to our cottage on North Orust. Here you can relax and hang out with the whole family or group of friends in our peaceful home. Close to Henån there is this cozy home with both sea with a cozy beach and forest. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Towel and beds not included Shower towels and sheets are not included. You reach the E6 in 15 minutes for day trips in Bohuslän. At Orust there are many nice places to visit and you live about 5 minutes from Henån which is famous for its cozy marina.

An outdoor seating area features a wooden table surrounded by chairs, positioned on a pebble-strewn patio. Potted plants add greenery, while a trellis partially encloses the space. A second story can be seen with an open window, inviting sunlight into the area.

Renovated "Lada" by the sea, on the west side of Orust. In the middle of nature with few surrounding houses. The barn has two rooms, open plan. Experience outstanding sunsets, serenity in early mornings, but also the whimsicalness of the sea and wind. The balcony with BBQ is facing the Väster Sea. WiFi is included. Free parking. Possible to rent our double kayak and easily paddle out in the bay. To Mollösund with restaurants, shop and swimming it is 4km. To the bus stop it is 300m. Nature baths are in the proximity.

Peaceful and spacious living. Beautiful location overlooking the meadows and close to the sea and lovely swimming areas in Hälleviksstrand. Nice excursions are Mollösund and Käringön. The area offers many cosy restaurants and beautiful walks. The house has modern standards and a large south-facing terrace. In the evening you can light the grill and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Stay with sea view at Slussen, pearl at Orust

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful living with salty baths, proximity to nature, and West Sweden's best music scene at the old Slussens guesthouse only a 5 minute walk away. If you would like to take a morning swim, it is 75 meters to the beach and the children want to play from docks and jumping towers you will go there in 3-4 minutes. It has a kiosk for a better coffee with organic food and at Slussens guest house located right by the docks, our Swedish musikelit basically performs every day during summer.
