The house has just been restored and classified 4* It has a garden and a glass roof. The house is equipped with wi-fi with fiber. Chambord castle is approximately 20 minutes away and Blois castle 40 minutes. You can access Beauval Zoo in an hour. In the village, you will find all the local shops as well as swimming pool and tennis.

Charming house part of Loire Valley castle

Charming typical Loire Valley house part of a "Master's house". The house renovation is not fully completed yet, which explains the moderate price, but only the kitchen remains and even that room is absolutely functional. 4 large bedrooms, a 50m2 living room, playroom and an immense garden...the house is ideal for families, large groups no matter the season. Le Petit Tonneau was a café in the middle of the last century, later converted into accommodation. The house has just been fully restored and is located in Meung sur Loire, at the gateway to the Mauves departmental park and the Ilex arboretum garden. The gite sleeps up to 6 people in 120m2, 2 bedrooms and a 150m2 garden. Sheets, towels and cleaning are included in the price.
