Brand new apartment. In the bedroom is a double bed, in the living room is a pull-out sofa. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from downtown. The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. It gives me great pleasure to welcome visitors from abroad and guiding them during their stay in this beautiful city. I tolk well English, and I work as tourist quide.

Located in the city centre which makes it easier to enjoy every minute of your journey. It has great public transportation access. The apartment is suitable for 3 people with a double bed and one really comfortable pull-out couch and it has a kitchen, a dinning area, a bathroom with shower.
